How and Where we deliver

Airbrush Focus almost exclusively uses Australia Post for deliveries. Australia Post will deliver to most addresses within Australia, and throughout the world through their international affiliates. We require a street address or a P.O. Box for delivery. In some cases your order will be sent to the nearest Post Office and they will issue a collection notice to you, advising you of where to pick up the parcel.

There is one exception. In the case of delivery of the Floating Panel Spray Booths, we can arrange delivery through couriers on your behalf and at your cost, or you can arrange them yourself. The use of couriers means that delivery can only be to properties, not P.O Boxes, and will take longer than post. Each courier delivery will be quoted and handled individually.

All items (excluding the Floating Panel Spray Booths) will be delivered within 7 days of confirmation of payment unless specifically notified.

Floating Panel Spray Booths will be delivered within 14 days of confirmation of payment unless specifically notified.

Cost of delivery within Australia

Delivery costs are FREE, within Australia, for all orders, EXCEPT the Floating Panel Spray Booth components. All items (except for the FPSB) are sent by REGISTER POST.

You may request the use of Australia Post's EXPRESS POST services, but at your expense and we will provide a quote in advance, based on the weight of the item.

All shipping costs and insurance for the FPSBs is paid for, by you the customer.

Cost of delivery outside of Australia

All shipping costs for orders being delivered outside of Australia, must be paid for by the customer. We will arrange a quote in advance.

We are not able to ship the Floating Panel Spray Booth outside of Australia. In the case of New Zealand we have licensed a manufacturer to make the booths and be able to ship them.

Acceptance of delivery

You do not need to be in attendance to sign for goods upon delivery when shipped by Australia Post. In the case of couriers delivering the FPSBs,

Delivery Problems

If your delivery has not arrived, please contact our sales team on 1300 AIRBRUSH (1300 247 278). If you wish to return a product delivered damaged or otherwise, please refer to Airbrush Focus's Online Returns Policy.


Refunds and Returns

Airbrush Focus will accept product returns where:

  • The product is faulty.
  • The product does not match the sample or description, and is unused.

With proof of purchase:

We will offer you an exchange voucher, refund or repair.

Without proof of purchase:

Most products sold by Airbrush Focus are unique to our company. In the event that a product that is not unique to us, is wanting to be returned, Airbrush Focus reserves the right not to offer an exchange or refund, without proof of purchase from us.

Proof of purchase requirements:

Product faults, not fit for purpose, does not match sample or description - an Airbrush Focus receipt or other acceptable forms of proof of purchase will be required to confirm the product was purchased from Airbrush Focus.

Change of Mind Returns:

Airbrush Focus does not recognise "Change of Mind Returns".

Warranty Claims

A warrantable item is one which is covered by a manufacturer's warranty.
